I build AI systems, and I know how to sell them.
I’m Jeffrey Posner, an AI product engineer based just outside New York City. For the past few years I’ve been building production AI systems — full-stack platforms spanning writing, media generation, and production planning — while also doing the part most engineers avoid: talking to customers, shaping positioning, and turning technical capability into revenue.
As an AI Systems Architect at Wryda.ai, I designed and scaled a full-stack AI platform with multi-provider AI routing, guardrails for agentic workflows, and the trust tooling — audit ledgers, usage metering — that makes AI credible to serious buyers. As Director of AI Implementation at Home Smart New Jersey, I put AI to work inside a real operating business and cut manual workload by roughly 30%. Through my consultancy, Garden State Concentrate, I’ve built AI-powered sales, CRM, and outreach systems that lifted campaign efficiency by up to 40%.
I also advise startup founders on AI product direction, and I’ve spent years teaching and speaking publicly, to rooms large and small. Explaining AI to a skeptical executive team turns out to use the same muscle.
These days I help businesses put AI to work through consulting engagements, and I’m open to full-time roles where technical depth and commercial instinct both matter — AI solutions, forward-deployed engineering, and product work.
